Meditation Crash Course

This is a three week course in which you get acquainted with the basics of mindfulness. It will be a ‘mini MBSR course’.

During the course we will be:

  • exploring our body and breath
  • getting to know our (wandering) mind
  • training awareness
  • explore the relationship between body and mind

We will be doing different kinds of meditations. Also, the course involves homework. Such as daily meditation practice and awareness practices.

November 28, December 5 and 12

9:30 – 11:30AM



for the entire crash course (3 sessions)

Registration for this class is required.
The class will only run with a minimum of 3 participants.
