Metta in Buddhism stands for ‘loving-kindness’

Metta Mama’s mission is to help women find balance in their lives and live life to the fullest. Meditation and mindfulness provides women the tools to live in the now, connect with their bodies and be able to cope with everyday stress and challenges. By offering mindfulness based (group) meditations Metta Mama helps women to be grounded, less stressed, more relaxed, to sleep better, to be less anxious and be who they are the way they are. The meditations are based on MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction).
